Loenetti Group, Lee Arnold Group ripoff-used balance transfer method of payment, would not honor refund policy, coaching said program did not work

Contacted by a man named Steve Tafoya who sold me a program with the Leonetti group to learn realestate investing. I was told there was a money back guarantee "rock solid" well, first I was told that I had to pay by the balance transfer method (not knowing this would make me loose all my rights with the credit card) then when the books and tapes came there was no sales receipt or explaination of what I purchased. So I did the program so I thought. I went to a seninar which I was charged $2995.00 for even though I thought it was part of the $9520.00 I initally paid which i was only told over the phone included workshops??? When the year was up and the program hadn't worked and the coach Rebeka told me the program was to hard and doesn't work I requested a refund the rock solid guarantee and was denied because they told me I didn't attend the workshops and Doreen the travel coordinator said I knew this and I could have a copy of the taped recording of the sale (which I never got) instead I was put into the Lee Arnold Group for another realestate program which doesn't work. All I want is a refund and for these groups to have to give proper receipts and not take peoples rights away. I learned NEVER used the balance transfer method to pay it is like opening your wallet to a thief and get everything in writting when buying anything which I did not.
