Ripoff Dishonest billing customer service ripped me off took extra payments

I was contacted by Superior at the begining of 2006 in regards to an old T-mobile account. I haven't had a phone thru them since 2001. They called me at home AND at work. I ignored them for awhile until I got so fed up with their constant calls that I told them they could take money from my account. That check bounced, so they started calling me at work again.

I spoke on the phone with a "Mrs. Roper." She was incredibly rude and pushy and kept insisting that what I did was criminal because I had bounced a check over state lines and that I had to pay in full. Again, I told her to take the money from my account. Because of other reasons, I took the money out of my account and that check bounced also. I had tried to call Superior to tell them that, but they said that there was no "Mrs. Roper" there and I got transfered to a manager "CJ Barker." He said it was too late to stop the payment.
I called them two days after the check bounced at my bank (March 30) and "CJ Barker" had me pay an extra $25 to use a Western Union service for automatic bill pay, attention to him.

On my April 7 paycheck the resubmitted my bounced check and took a SECOND payment from me. When I call them, I keep getting told the "CJ Barker" isn't in and my phone calls aren't returned. They're also telling me that they don't show a second payment and I have to mail my proof that they cashed the check to their "corporate office" which is another po box in Florida, but there's no phone number there. I also contacted T-mobile and they don't show a record of me still having a debt to them.
