Com InstaMortgage SCAM Ripoff

I applied for a mortgage with this company - I spoke with the rep for over two hours and was completely honest about my income, finances, etc. When I received my initial loan packet it stated that I was approved; however, the amount of my savings was grossly exaggerated and the amount I had stated my home was worth was over exaggerated. When I called in to express my concern, they decided they no longer wanted to do business with me because of all of the "typos" on my initial application. I asked about getting a copy of my appraisal since I had to miss time from work in order to stay home and wait for the appraiser and they told me that I would have to pay $350 for this. I contacted the appraiser and they stated they only charge $275 for this. This is a terrible company - BAIT AND SWITCH!!!
