Phone harrasment Ripoff

This company has been calling every day to demand payment for services unknown. I spoke to agent #8106 to complain, he told me they has been sending billing to my po box, but I have no po box. He demanded I give him my physical address and after I refused, he said that we will receive phone calls until we settle the bill.
