Ripoff claims an elderly family member owes money on a credit card they have never obtained

NCO Financial has contacted my mother 3 different times claiming she owes money on a chase credit card from 1992 in the sum of $4,500.00. They want payment immediately. They have made her a nervous wreck about it.
She has never owned a chase credit card. Her credit report shows absolutely nothing about any chase credit cards. Yet they want $1,800.00 paid to them with no questions asked. And when dealing with them on the phone they are rude and will not give out any information as to how to resolve the issue except for to send them a money.
