Ripoff They will prey on you and rip you off

I was a new home owner and decided to use Gordon Lending because my credit was not the best. Bart Kistler was the person who I delt with until the end, At first he told me the closing fees would be $4800 that I needed to bring to the table, well this is where it got ugly... It was then $4900, then $5000, the in his own words: "Bring as much money as you can". I then told him that I don't have anymore money to put down and became leary of this practice and him.

The rate changed of course as well, about three weeks into this whole mess and being told different things and different rates, prices etc. It pi*ed me off and I felt taken advantage of because this was my 1st home and I was not sure of what to expect. I called him and said forget it, Well that made him mad and he was very unprofessional... I can't repeat what he said on a voice mail that I saved.

10 mins. Later I got a phone call from "his" manager and he appologized for Bart's bad mouth... Needless to say do not do business with this company, spread the word please!!! Don't let them sucker anybody else!!!
