Ripoff SCAM Do NOT waste your time

This scam will only cause you hardship and difficulty! I am selling my home in northern Illinois. I was contacted by this company via email. The email stated that they would like to offer me full asking price for my home and that I had a short time to agree to discuss things with them.

I ignored the email and let it sit in my Inbox. After a month or so of not having anything come through with my home, I decided to look into it a little further. I investigated this company from every angle I could short of hiring a PI and taking a trip to FL.

Here is what I found: -the company has not been in business that long. They started in TX around 2000. Moved to Orlando in October. The BBB has recorded 4 (four) complaints since that move to Orlando (less than 6 months). It has started that they "reasonably" tried to straighten out the problems. The BBB would NOT tell me what the compalints consisted of or how they were resolved.

There IS NOT much on the web at all involving this company. They have stayed under the web-radar pretty well. On other site in FL that gives "short histories" of FL businesses had some of this information on there we well. Helen Pearce and Joanne Pearce are also the SAME person! Helen (her correct first name) has a middle name of Joanne, coincidentally enough.

I had many contacts with these people. Here's how I would describe it; when they though I was interested in contracting with them at first, they returned my calls and emails. I, however, wanted to ask an arsenal of questions and once I started digging with those, the return contacts stopped coming in. No return to the messages on the answering machine and no return to the emails.

I did have them send me a copy of the contract and after looking through it pretty thoroughly, I think that it's binding legally. Here's your problem, the company does not own anything, really. I bathroom in FL with an answering machine and an address... They don't own any of the properties, you do. They, on purpose I believe, push you into a long contract so that they are less likley to get wrapped up in problems legally. The longer the contract, the more money they get before fighting the battel over actually buying your home.

I found one person on the internet a few months ago that has also had a dealing with this company. She will be filing her own story on here shortly. She DID, in fact, agree to terms and signed their contract. Her story is much deeper being that she has been dealing with them for months now.

All in all, while I don't know from first hand experience that they will not hold to the contract, I do know that I was not prepaired to screw with someone screwing me over late checks, lack of communication, and un-ethical business practices. I wouldn't and I don't think you should either!
