Ripoff scam

First national credit group is a rip off and will pay. They told me i would receive a 5,000 dollar loan but i had to send collateral of $775 to canada, when i did they told me i had to put another $775 because their insurer told them to. I said i wanted my money back they said they would send it certified mail on 4/13 never received it. Not sure how to get the money back but i will.
