Ripoff

I was told I was to receive a personal loan from First National Credit Group for $5000. I sent them $850 by Money Gram to Timothy Hammons on 3-31-06 to secure this loan. They later told me that I needed more money to get this loan, so I asked for a refund. They said I would receive it a week ago, but now the phone number goes straight to voicemail and the web address doesn't exist. I feel like a fool. How could they do this to people?
