Ripoff scam harassment

Received a phone call telling me I owed $480 for magazines I ordered in 2001. I never ordered any. And I'm not paying. They are not supposed to call you everyday, that is harassment. Especially when it's 3-4 times a day.

I filled out a complaint with the FTC. I don't know what else I can do, but avoid the phone and keep receiving letters.
