Ripoff disrepecting the custodial parent hung up on me keeping child support on a case that is 30,000 behind very rude

I had a terrilbe experience with this company, I am a parent trying to raise my childern and I need my childsupport, so I contacted this company thinking they would help me, well after four days I called them and said i had chaged my mind and i did not want them to represent me anymore, so I thought it was oveafter almost three years they contacted me saying they had a wage withholding statment from the non-custodils job, I did not even know I had a case.

I tried to contact them to get the situation took care of. They hung up on me. I was talked rude to, they told me even if i did not want them represent me that they were and even if i were to write them it would not mean they are going to let this case be closed. My case is 30,000 behind and i need all the money i can get because i am trying to raise four children, they are charging me 375.00 before they send me any money then after that they are charging 34% on what ever else money they get. It is a rip off they are not concerned about me getting my childsupport they just prey on parents that are in a bad situation to get us in a bind of paying them payments.
