First Capital Card aka (CCA) is a ripoff. Las Vegas

I was contacted by this company after i had applied for unsecured visa. Mastercards. I allowed them to withdrawl $199 from my bank accout with the promise of receiving 2 credit cards with up to $2500 credit.

I am attempting to rebuild my credit w/o filing bankruptcy and so I wanted to believe them. I never received their cards and i have not been able to contact them ever again. They even did not leave any information for the bank to go on.
