Ripoff fraudulent charges late fees non closure of account when requested

Back in january of this year 2006 i got a loan to pay off the company. I was informed that i still owed money which i paid by check and enclosed it in the same envelope. Along with my verbally talking to a csr about making sure the account got closed.

Then i receive a statement with two charges from same company for $89 and some cents which i did not authorize. Had to call these companies myself to resolve the issue. I was told by the company that they would remove the charges.

The company stated that they had nothing to do with these charges but obviously they are affiliated in some way or the comapny would not be sending flyers in the same envelope as the bill now would they be sending these offers separately to customers and saying that if you cash these checks they will be billed directly to your credit card.

After following instructions of csr from orchard i still received another bill with late fees because the company did not remove the whole fee i was billed for.

Here it is april and i have received another statement saying that i still owed $4 something and was charged another late fee and account handling fee and now owe another$44.01.

The account is still open. I called another csr and was told the account would be closed and that no other fees would be charged. That was just today 04-01.
