They never contact any credtitors. They never have any intention of refunding your first payment either. This is how they make their money and all of their representatives are commissioned sales people who make between 20 and 30% of your first payment.

Read their contract. It is full of loopholes allowing them to keep that payment. No Non Profit 501 c 3 debt consolidation company is allowed by law to hold any payment.
