Amazon ripoff loan sharks, no human on the other end

Started with a $15 late fee (which I did NOT owe). Wrote them. They never answered. No bill the next month. I called, they would send it. They didn't. The following month a new bill with double late fees, finance charges, etc. Another letter and a couple phone call to them. No closure. Another bill with more ridiculous charges.

I have paid them every cent I actually owe and last letter was registered. I got a form letter back saying squat. I notice that my finance charges went from 13.99% to 28.55%! I have read all the horror-story posts and have decided that I will pay the $117 they are claiming I now owe before it becomes $1,000.

There is no justice with this company and it seems to be run by immoral idiots. I pity the person with a large balance. This should be against the law!!
