Fraudulent billing, harrassing, threatening calls head office, United Kingdom

This firm has been hounding me for months to obtain around $800 they say I owe but in actuality only owe $200. A person call "Olla" has been harassing me at work even though I have told him to quit and that my job is getting upset because I keep getting calls from him and he is calling the personnel office. Olla has even threatened to come to my work and take care of business. There was even mention of "bombings" and his "people" (Iraqies). I told him that our conversations were recorded even though they were not. The personnel lady at my work spoke to a "Joe" who stated they were going to garnish my wages. She told him he had to get a court order. I have found out that they are "from" Nevada but in actuality are located in the United Kingdom.

I found an address but again I don't know if it is even the same company. Cash Today Limited, 1-800-680-2177,1-800-690-9926,1005 Terminal Way Ste 110, Reno Nevada 89502.

I know you understand that they have to stop calling you at work and you want them to stop calling because it is very disruptive to yourself as well as others but you are going to have to figure out how to get these calls stopped. From what I've read, I don't know if anything will deter these individuals with the exception of them receiving their money. Please document the dates you receive these calls, the comments and/or threats that are made. HR must be made aware of any threats as XXXX has a responsibility to provide a safe work place. I'm very concerned about this matter as it is becoming more and more disruptive.

I received a call today from Cash Today. They are indeed located in the United Kingdom and I spoke with Joe at 1-800-435-9660.

He informed me that they are in the process of preparing paperwork to garnish your wages. They have a business location in Nevada and there fore are going to obtain a judgment and court order to garnish your wages.
He advised that if you want to work this out with them prior to the garnishment of your wages you have 3 working days to call them back.

They will not be calling the office anymore.
Again if you need guidance on this matter, I would contact the EAP people or an attorney if necessary. Otherwise if they indeed get a judgment and court ordered garnishment, we will have to follow the order.

Did you bring in your paperwork from the UK Company that you received money from? I understand that they called again this morning. Have you contacted the EAP program yet, or an attorney?

Even though "Joe" promised I would not receive anymore calls, "Olla" has continued to call me at my work. Once on January 16 and again on March 17.
