Ripoff ripoff WILMINGTON

I would like to say that it's a shame that my interest rate went up because of a credit report. I've been a good customer for years with this company. Never missed a payment, paid more then asked and because of a credit report they are charging me a higher interest rate. I guess it doesn't matter how well you are taking care of your account or if you've been a good customer or not they don't care about that. Your points on your credit report is all they go by. I would think that a business would award a good customer with a good rating with them would determan what there rate should be. I can see if my record was bad something like this could happen, but my record is good, but, I guess not good enough for them. I believe something should be done about things like that. There not the only ones doing this. There are others that do the same thing. Don't care about the persons record with them but by what a credit report has to say about them.
