Ripoff purposely set up for card users to incur severe penalties

The main guilty party is JP Morgan Chase with offices in New York. They are the ones who set up the standards for their quick scheme to earn extra income from naive & stupid card members. For example, a Chase credit card is never denied. They do this intentionally so you quickly incur a penalty for going over the limit. They inundate you with their 0% apr for balance transfers but just one late payment and the rate goes up to 23.49%. Nobody calls to warn you, unlike Citicard (I am not endorsing them).

When you call to plead your case, they bring your apr down to 19.99% and no exceptions whatsoever.in this day and age, it is hard to imagine people still conducting business in such a cold and calculating manner. This bank has to be stopped! Calling all victims or lawyers willing to bring a class action suit against this bank for malicious business practices or something???
