Sent letter for outstanding indebtedness for emergency room Ripoff

I received a letter from Boyajian Law Offices regarding an outstanding debt owed for emergency room services. When I called the contact number provided on the letter to find out what these services were for, they stated they were for emergency room services provided at a local hospital in January. Since I have never been to this hospital, I requested they send me information from the hospital stating what the debt was for and what services were provided. At that point they hung up. When I called back to try and get a name so I had someone to follow-up with, they hung up again. I then looked up the direct number to the law firm and called that number, I was placed on hold and then eventually disconnected. I am now writing a letter to this company now but want to make sure I am inline in what I am saying. I am telling them what happened when I called their 800 number which I explained above, but I was also going to add the following paragraph. Let me know if you agree with this literature:

This letter is to request validation of the debt you indicate that I owe, and by validation I mean documentation from the hospital of dates and services along with my signature to have these services provided. If you are unable to provide proof of this debt, then cease your collection efforts immediately. If this debt is not owed, and is placed on my credit report, it must be removed immediately or legal action will be taken.

Any guidance you can provide will be helpful. I am also in the process of contacting the Louisiana Attorney General's office.
