Took money out of my account that wasnt there, ripoff

I had taken a loan out from Navy federal over a year ago. I was to pay 189.00 a month on the 15th of every month. I sometimes didnt have the funds available so it would fall on the next pay period.

Well we were down to one last payment. I only got paid 189.90 this pay period. I went into the account that night and withdrew 20.00 and made three purchases, one with a check. So there was no way they could have taken it because it wasnt available to them.

The next morning I went to look at my account and noticed They "withdrew" the 189 if though it wasnt there! I tried to talk to someone and they ignored me completely.

I today went to look at my account and noticed my account was in the negative of 238.00! They decided to aggressively take the 189 and put my account in the negative. So they can still get paid their 189 and leave me responsible for negative balance, anotherwords make it look like it was my doing.

And as for my purchases i made on the 15th, they decided to wait 5 days before putting it through the system. And for the purchases I made on the 15th They put a different date, the 17th on the purchases even though I didnt make them on that date.
