And Its Account Represenatives Theives by Dcecption ripoff

August I in good faith hired J.K. Harris to represent me in an effort to get releif from the IRS. I paid J.K. Harris 3000.00 dollars of a 3600.00 dollar agreement to present an offer in compromise to the IRS. The account was set up thru a company known as RAI. After paying a total of 3000.00 dollars and completely unable to contact or receive any returned phone calls from my account represenatives I deceided to stop the payments on the remaining 600.00 dollar balance. I thought this might trigger some sort of response from the company. As you might guess it did not but what it did do is get my account placed in collections and interest was attatched to it also.

I have spent hours and hours trying to contact anyone at J.K. Harris other than a switchboard operator. Finally in March I was again trying to contact my account represenative or her superviser as anytime before I was unable to do so. Although as I was speaking to one of the switchboard operators I asked her "Do you have any idea what kind of people you represent"? Her response was yes but only after she had searched them on the internet and in tears she apologized and said she had only been employed there for a short time and was looking for a different job. She also had made the comment during the conversation that some of the account represenatives actually feared for their lives in the evenings as they left the building to go home.

In my opinion J.K. Harris has not only stolen 3000.00 dollars from myself and my family but they have now added a glitch to my credit and all for what? NOTHING! I received absolutely notheing of any sort for the money I paid J.K. Harris
