Ripoff, I requested a loan, they called me and said I was approved. However, the loan never came through, but they did charge my bank of $129.95 processing fee, and I never heard from the again

I received a call from a guy named Reggie from Creditplusrewards, telling me that I was approved for a $500 loan, and that there was a one time processing fee of $129.95 that would automatically come out of the original $500 loan amount, but that I would still be responsible to pay the $500 back. I consistently checked with the bank and no loan went through, however they did put the $129.95 fee through my bank account. When I tried to call them to have them remove that charge I have only gotten their answering maching, I emailed them and have received no response. I have had to put a dispute through my bank, as well as cover several overdraft charges, when I was originally asking for help with a loan, this company put me more in debt than I was when I was asking for help. I am very frustrated because I can't seem to get any help in trying to find out about this company, or trying to make sure that it doesn't happen to anyone else just trying to get on their feet.
