Ripoff false promises mistreated and ripped off

They don't have a REAL 1-800 number. You can never get ahold of an actual person. They won't allow you to dispute a fee of theirs. They never answer your questions. They call you on christmas eve even though you have never missed a payment.
They went into my checking account without my authorization and took out the money I had sent them a check for and essentially cashed the same check twice and refused to acknowledge what they did.
Overall they are a bad experience that should be voided at all measures.
