AFCA ripoff scam unauthorized debits on bank account, uncooperative

Sent to AFCA today...

Dear Robert Stevens @ 800) 450-2322,
My CNB Account #_ is now closed, and again, any and all debits made by AFCA on the closed account must cease. The five dollars that has been paid out monthly to American Fair Credit Association has been fraudulent and non-preauthorized. The account with AFCA was cancelled by me in 1999.

Accordingly, please refund $350; 70 months of a five dollar debit. No paperwork, statements or renewals of plans, insurances, or any other? Benefits? Were ever given or sent.

You have now been re-cancelled in writing. Per your conversation with my spouse, you have agreed to send all materials pertinent to my AFCA's? Dues? ; what my monies were supposed to have been used for, and what the? Insurances? And the? Benefits? Were.
