This company is a cash til payday company. I barrowed $200.00 from them a week ago. I was told that i would have to pay a onetime processing fee of $35.00, plus $89.00, which is the cost of the loan! My dates are the 10th and 25th of each month. I was told that on my next payday (4/10/06) i could either pay the whole amount of $324.00, or if i decided to extend the loan to my next payday (4/24/06) i would be charged the onetime processing ($35.00) plus the ($89.00) finance charge. If i decide to extend the loan!!! A few days ago someone from the company called to find out how i wanted to go forward with the arrangements. I could'nt answer the call at the time and did'nt get a chance to call them back until today.

My payday is still not til tomarrow! When i called them today to tell them that i wanted to pay the whole thing off tomarrow, they told me i could'nt, because they had already set up my account to be debitted for $124.00 and that even if i wanted to, i could'nt pay the remainder until my next payday. They basically extended the loan without my consent, just so they can charge me an exta $89.00 for next payday! So i ended up geting a $200.00 loan and paying $213.00 for it, instead of $124.00. When i called them back to find out why i'm being charged an extra $89.00, i was told because i did'nt call two days prior to my payday! They said that was explained to me over the phone! I remember them saying, "if i decide"to extend the loan. I did'nt decide, so they decided, not to take the whole payment from my account, but the partial, that way, they could sqeeze that additional $89.00 on me!!!
