Ripoff, did not credit my account and giving me bad credit and wanting late fees

I wish I would have went with a local company. I send my payments in and they tell me I am two payments behind. I have all my cancled checks and bank statements showing where they have cleared. They are not crediting my account.

I have insurance and now they want me to pay them for insurance also. I have sent them a copy of check numbers and when they cleared the bank, I am still fighting to get them to credit my account. They have made a mess of my credit. I agree with everyone, we need help! They are riping us off. I have had my house for 7 years and owe more now then when I bought it.
