Mortgage for $85k on house worth $15k with false loan application details

Flagstar Bank gave my boyfriend and I a mortgage for 85k on a house that was worth 15k. Plus it wasn't the house we were looking to buy.

They checked the credit and knew that we had bad credit and filed bankruptcy 2 years before and had not established any credit since.

We told them this up front. Yet when we got our a copy of our loan application from them, it was a great fictional work. The only thing on it that was correct was his name, birthdate, and Social Security number.

Now, cause we said that it was fraud and that we were not going to pay them anything, they are trying to sue.

We are a little better off than some because I got the FBI working on this as well as the Attorney General's office of Michigan.
