I had a bankruptcy discharged last month. I received a letter TODAY from First National Collection Bureau, Inc. Demanding payment on an account from Fingerhut Corporation that was discharged. I called them - the woman that FINALLY got on the phone was ignorant, insulting and stupid. I demanded her supervisor and got a woman that demanded she was not a supervisor, but a "manager. She as also ignorant, insulting and stupid and refused to take the bankruptcy information, let alone let me SPEAK!

This company should be shut down for their violations of the Federal Bankrutpcy Laws! They refused to acjknowledge the bankruptcy or take any information from me to stop calling me.

I don't need this harassment.
