They said I was going to get my money in 8-14 days. It's now been 15 days and I still haven't gotten a penny. When I called, they said they had NO IDEA how long it would take. I paid an extra $25 to get it in 8-14 days and now they're telling me they have no idea?
On top of all that, I got charged $300 extra for all the forms they had to fill out and I still don't have a freaking red cent from them!
My total refund was supposed to be a little over $3000. After all their charges and the extra money I paid to have my money given to me within 8-14 days, I would have seen about $2800. What do I see now? Nothing.
