Ripoff refused my payment, and added fees, threat of foreclosure

In Decemder of 2005 my mortage was transfered to ASC from Ameiquest Mortgage; after making my payment to (amc) ameriquest my payment was returned. They explained that my new mortgage co. Was asc. This action caused me a late fee from asc. Shortly before new year's day my boiler (heating system) caught fire I was forced to use my mortgage funds to replace the boiler in an
emergency situation.

I have a multiple dwelling property in New York and have tenants with small children. The repairs were expensive but it had to be replaced. I fell behind Three months on my payments but was able to pay the full amount on the the statement. Asc returned my certified check and told me that my house was in forclosure and in order to reinstate my loan I need to pay the full amount (three months) plus a multitude of ridiculous fees. I explained my situation to them. I even sent them copies of my invoices as proof for the repairs.

ASC refuses to accept my payments and, now they refered me to their attorny (steven j. Baum). They insist that they will foreclose my house if I don't mail in the full amount requested.

These people are only interested in ripping off the consumers they aren't willing to helpyou no matter what your situation is. They are a bunch of unprofessional savages.
