Yes, it's true what the other business owners have said. Anglo American Investment did the same to me. I honestly don't know anything about "Newbridge Capital Group Aka HQ Global Investment." I went to Atlanta and met with Al and Anthony. I was there seeking a 1 million dollar investment, and they offered me 1.5 million. They supplied me with a very good lunch at a Chinese restaurant that Anthony said they had invested in. At the luncheon a final funding offer was made to me which I accepted.

They indicated I would be receiving a LOI (letter of intent) by the time I arrived backed to Denver. When I arrived I had an LOI. It was poorly written so I corrected the grammar and sent it back. Afterward, they wanted to come and visit me to perform a "due diligence, " and I had to pay for the trip and opening up a bank account in the Caribbean, (around $20,000 total.) I agreed to pay for at least a 4 star and pay for the ticket to Denver (I get them practically free anyway) I told Al this and he said they had to make their own reservations and they must fly 1st class because of his bad back. So, I refuse their offer.

Later in the week I received a couple of calls and emails from Al and Anthiny, and a call "Letze" Company out of Germany who wanted to know when I was going to pay to have the due diligence performed. I told him my Attorney had indicated I should decline their offer. Later, he sent me an unprofessional email stating I should let my attorney finance me. That's it! I have all emails, LOI and phone nembers from Germany and Georgia to prove this statement. Thank you for reading.
