Ripoff

Due to the overwhelming response on the internet on this subject im sure some can relate. I checked my checking account balance and i was over drawn on about 7 checks because of the 159.95 that they took out of my account now those checks which only totaled around 80.00 now is going to cost me 400.00 and when i call to get ahold of these people i am on hold for 20 minutes then someone comes on and takes my name and number and says some one will get with my tonight or tomorrow that was a week ago. I do recall when they did call me initially they had someone on there that i couldnt understand and did not explain anything to me. I am still trying to get ahold of them
