Can someone please answer this question for me. When you refiniance and close on a loan, and told these are final figures and they can not be changes, so you sign, then 11 days later the figures change by thousands of dollars, Are you suspose to sign new settlement Docs? And is the Loan Ofices suspose to tell you the amounts have changed? Then you try and cancel and you are told you CAN NOT.
If the proper amounts were disclosed I would not of signed, and I would of cancelled, before the recission, they do give 7 days, BUT, the change is Docs were changed after the 7 day resission, then I was told I could not cancel. What are the LAWS?
