Ripoff They won't let me save my home

No way out
i have been trying to worked with this company for 6 month.

I send money for a payment and then i get my montly statement and its not off my statement, and then you call them and they said it when for suspense fees, which they can, t even explain. You take to someone different every time and get a different answer every time. I sent a 9550.00 check they said thats what i owe to clear things up, and they sended it back and would not accept it. Now they are taking my home. And i have added my payments i have sended this year and i have pay them 3000.00 to much but they say 9550.00 is not enough. I have asked for a pay off i can. T even get that. I know they wanted my home because i have try doing ever thing to solve the problem. Isn, tthere anything people can do about this!
