First Capital credit company
Ripoff me 199 from my account. I am trying to get to them, found their location

I got a call from First capital on 3/14/02. They offered me two credit cards with no fee and very law APR. As the result they took from my bank account 199 as fee for procession.

I've got two numbers 1-416-488-4664 pin 2828 and 1-416-363-5296. I've called a few times on the last number and ask for canceling my application. I was told that it is impossible till I receive my cards. Hasn't received yet. It is funny, but ones when I called them they did not respond as it was credit company first Capital or whatever.

Answer was just like hi who is it but only when I asked is it credit company. Respond was o yea. I also asked them about their location they told me that they are situated in New York state close to the Canadian border.

It was a lie, because I tracked their number. They are located in Toronto Ontario Canada. I told them that, but they denied it. It is for sure 1-416-363-5296 is located in Toronto Ontario. You may call them, they are still answer the phone.
