Ripoff internet loan scam, offering loans to people with bruised credit. Claims that they are affiliated with "fanny may foundation"

This internet based loan company is using the name of a legitimate california based mortgage company. The website claims that they offer personal loans, consolidation, equity loans, first time mortgage, & refinance mortgage. The company is also using the address of the Molina financial services dba california financial services. The owner of the molina financial services has reported cf to the fbi. They tell potential consumers that to get a minimum loan of 10,000. They have to put up a collateral amount of whatever they want. The compant tells you to money gram the amount of money they request to Dundas Ontario Canada. They will tell the consumer the money will be sent express within 24 to 48 hours delivery OR wired to a bank account within 12 to 24 hours. The money never shows up and the consumer is out of what ever collateral deposit (to be refunded after making 6 months of payments on time) they also frequently change their toll free number. The woman that was handling my acct called my house and it showed up on my caller id as "international discount telecommunications" based out of Newark New jersey

The woman Hope King called my husband at work one day after we were supposed to receive the money in our bank acct and told him the loan was not processed due to the credit dept saying we needed to wire 2800. More dollars for the loan to go thru. Needless to say we did not comply.
