Ripoff Debited my account without authorization in the amount of $283.85

On December 19 I received a call from a young man name Antonio Stevens claiming I had been randomly chosen to receive a 500 shopping spree of my choice at any department store.

He stated he was with Star Communications, he also allowed me to speak with a young lady by the name of Jessica she assured me my account wouldn't be charged more than $4.95.

Two days later my account was charged $4.95 twice and the following month January 17 my account was debit $149.00 & $129.90.

I am a Hurricane Katrina evacuee. My family and I relocated to Memphis because we lost our home and everything in the storm. I explained this to Jessica and she apologized. But still they did this to me.

I really need my money back. I mailed an express letter to the company asking for them to please give me my money back.
