Big rip off cost me lots of money and headaches

This is a copy of the letter I sent to Ameriquest and have filed it with the BBB as well.

I was financially injured by Ameriquest, I was put in a no win situation due to them setting the date for the interest to increase in july of 06 but not being able to refinance or pay off the loan to them until may of 07, without a huge prepayment penalty being assessed.

When the house was initially appraised, no appraiser came to the home and I feel it was over appraised now that I have dealt with a reputable company to refinance. The refinancing cost me over 4000.00 initially and over time it will cost more than 30,000 due to their practices.
