Ripoff credit card on credit report at least limited to $34.95 before I caught it

When I put in CIC that showed up on my credit card billing, your site came up with a Jeremy in Michigan filing a report against them.

They said they will not refund my money unless I write them. She gave me an address in Irvine, CA but I am severely disabled and had a very bad day and had mislaid the address.

I need my refund. $540 a month doesn't go very far.
