Ripoff lost house to fire on may 8th homecomings ready to forclose in dec. Dallas

On May the 8th 2005 I lost my house to a fire. I had trouble with my insurance co from the jump street. We moved into an apartment 4 3 months and all this time I am still making house pymts. I tried contacting Homecomings to let them know hey I am making house pymts and I am not back in my house yet. No anwser... We finally get moved back in the house and my insurance co decides they are not going to pay for my things that I lost in the fire which was everthing. So I had to buy fur, clothes, dishes, shoes, the whole 9 yards out of pocket. Now at the same time my house pymts are getting behind so i call Homecomings let them know again still same response. THE next day i get a letter from my insurance co telling me that they are cancelling my policy I then have to get a lawyer pymts still getting behind this is in Nov. I then get aletter from Homecomings telling me they are going 2 forclose.By ten I was mad bacause they knew what had happened. My lawyer sent letter after letter and still nothing. Finally my settlement came in. I called and they said to get current it was going to cost 5125.00. I had to pay it or be on the street. Now they jack my pymts upfrom 900 to 1014.00. Homecomings sucks
