Ripoff, canceled was still charged tricked and lied to us

Tried to cancel this and was never able to get to speack with anyone. Wrote a letter but was still charged for fee that I didn't want. I lost 350.00 dollars from these people. Have been trying to reach them to cancell this but can find them on the net or talk to someone by phone. I want my money back. I have Ms and this it not nice to do.
