These people are currently scamming my girlfriend. This company is very interested in the internet and in attracting more business, which scares me. The fact that they trolled the internet in search of bad reviews and found your site shows their greed. Did the president really respond? Seems strange that he would take the time to do so, and I doubt that he did. Every company employs PR spinners and to spin debt, you have to be on your toes.

They consistently let late fees rack up by making late payments. When the customer requests that the payments be switched to not incur the late charges, they balk, are rude and refuse to do it. They want to keep their customers indefinetely by keeping the debt alive.

It sickens me that this "christian" company would keep such deceiving practices alive. They are not christian, and I would like that they know it.
