Ripoff Pull you in and steals your money Nevada

Well I fell victim to the CCS First National Credit card. I called to sign up thinking if it was not what it sounded like it would be I would cancel. What a fool I was. I received their flier, this was the welcome packet, and found it not to be very informative at all. When I tried calling the number to cancel, I only received a recording. It was my deadline date for cancelling, so I tried a different number the next day after finding my account had already been credited the $199.00 "membership fee." When I did get a represenative and I explained that I had tried calling to cancel and did not get anyone the rep told me that the money could not be refunded but I would receive a $200.00 credit voucher. What a crock that is. The so called credit voucher is for $200 off orders over $500 and of course you have to pay the 30% deposit.
And of course, the catalog that I was suppose to receive took over a month to get.in addition to the call I faxed a letter stating that no charges were to come out of my account in December, guess what, $99 was taken from my account.

If anyone knows how this company can be put out of business and all monies refunded, I would love to know.
