Ripoff Harassing Phone Calls at home and my job

This company started contacting me on Oct 21. The first person I talked to was a Mr. DeAngelo and he went on to say that they were going to take legal action on me and garnish my wages. Then they went as far as to call my HR Manager on my job to get payroll info and considering that I work for a bank we know the privacy act all to well. Next, some other person called me on my job and talked to one of my co-workers about how I owe this that and the other, which they aren't suppose to do. Luckily the one that the talked to, her husband is a judge for the state of Alaska and he give me some pointers on how to get them to stop calling me and it worked, but know I either want to get info from them about the orginal creditors or I want them to get off my credit report and considering that the account is 5 years old that is Statute of Limitations anyway.
