Debiting money from my checking monthly and completely unauthorized, they will not answer the phone and the email address comes back as undeliverable

I went on the internet and applied for a small loan and naturally i had to put my checking account on the application, at the very end of the application was question asking if I would like information on repairing my credit, I made a check mark on the box but never ever authorized a 9.95 fee monthly to be taken from my account, i have never recieved a call or any thing from them via mail or email, but every month they are getting 9.95, my bank is looking into it but so far because thry have my account #, they continue to get money from me.
