Drafted my checking account illegally without my consent, ripoff

I applied for an online cash advance and you enter your information (checking account #, routing#, etc.) and you submit the application. Well, I got my monthly bank statement in and I noticed 2 drafts 1. $9.95 for usa benefits 8008095986,2. $21.95 for CALL866-898-2437 RUSA (and this was for Roadside Service).

When I applied for the loan, I do not recall requesting for this service. I called the RUSA number and spoke with a Customer Service Rep named Jan in regards to this drafting to my checking account without proper approval. Jan went into giving me my address along with my email address and told me what I had applied for, etc.

Well I was curious if I just over looked the request for these at the bottom of the application. Well I go onto the website and I fill another application out before I hit the submit button, I looked the application over from top to bottom, no such questions. Well, for some reason I hit the refresh page, and to refresh the application, and what appears at the bottom of the application? A little box with a check in it requesting Road Service.

I think this website is as rip off! The USA BENEFITS will not answer the 800 number they have provided. I get paid once per month and I have to watch spending or I will overdraft my checking account at month end. Well, it just so happend when these 2 items were drafted it caused me an overdraft fee of $60.00. I have my bank statement for proof.

I feel this website should have to reimburse the money that they drafted along with the overdraft charges. Which amounts to $91.90, what ever it takes to file charges against this company for their rip offs, please let me be advised! I would love to press charges!
