Super Acclaim card ripoff, dishonest fraudulent thieves

My checking account was debited 159.95 on 12/15/05.
I never authorized this transaction. Upon calling I spoke to a Libby who told me that I would be receiving a credit card in the mail within 3 weeks.

Three weeks later no cc and she told me that it was a prepaid debit card that I signed up for. Get this she also told me that they never debited my account and that I should send her a copy of my bank account info via fax.

I refused, I then told her that she was a lair and that I would report her and her company for misrepresenting theirselves.

Libby, if that's really her name told me to go right ahead because I would never recieve my money back any way.

That's all I wanted her to say she admitted that they did take my money out of my account.

I also plan to contact California BB and anywhere else I can think of.

Do yourself a favor, If you have not already closed down your account to which was debited for the 159.95 do so she just as plain told me that they would debited my account another 3 times for this amount which they already received.
