Cross Country Bank
Company had software problem, that inabled them to process their own check, false promises fraudulent ripoff business mistreated and ripped off outlandish late fees

The above stated company, Cross Country Bank, offered a holiday increase offer, requesting their consumers to use an attached advance check, when doing so it would automatically process the increase to paid to whatever business or bank that it was issued to.

Their software for this program failed, admitted by Cross Country Bank, by their own binding letter, causing the check to be returned when deposited into my main checking account in California.

Cross Country Bank thought they did all that they needed to do by reversing their own late fee and overdraft fee. They refuse to realize or correspond to the fact that this incident related to other charges charged by the bank that processed the check, as well as charges created by companies and banks that were paid by myself, that returned checks due to the fact that there were no funds available.

This issue, is much more complicated, and Cross Country Bank is liable for these charges as well as possible punitive damages. I will soon find out all of the pertinent details, when report is successfully filed with the FDIC, which for everyone out there who is wondering what steps to take in defense to the actions or inactions of Cross Country Bank, or Applied Card Systems, Inc., contact the FDIC. You will need to start with the office in Kansas City, MO. Depending on the complexity of your problem it may be directed to another office. This is a long drawn out process, but the only effective process to take.
