Ripoff, demands money but never delivers services

Mike Childress, owner of RGMC Legal Services promises to perform credit repair but delivers nothing. Harasses client to pay money and threats are then used when no money is sent, I have this on tape that he threatened me that he would close my business, put a lien on my home and send me to the poor house if I didn't send him more money as he claims he spent over $300 in postage working on my wifes case. We send $50 and he calls again a week later using same tactics. We inform him to forget the entire deal and he calls on June 7th using same threat.

I sent a letter to the BBB and Attorney General and Mr. Childress sends them an altered contract stating that we breached contract and after sending the original copy we received he countered by claiming that we changed the contract using our word processing software as he claims because we are a computer company and have the ability.

We inform the BBB that is not true that the copy we have is the original received from Mr. Childress and after not hearing from Mr. Childress since June we receive a letter dated in December stating that he has sent us to collections for $1775 which is not what the contract called for and claims we breached his agreement however we told him we did not want his services in June due to his unethical tactics but he wants to pursue this now after no communication in 6 months.

I warn you his ethics are at best very questionable and he claims he has helped many clients but cannot provide any references. I suggest you avoid him and his company.
