Dishonest fraudulent business preys on people who need help ripoff

Trinity financial solutions fooled us into thinking they could help us repair our credit history that so many people have trouble doing.initial cost didn't seem too high but when I received the papers in the mail they only ask for more money to buy their credit card to use on their web based cataloge. Promised a counselor to help us. When I realized what came in the mail I called to cancel put me on hold. When I did get thru I asked for a refund they said nothing didn't ask why and hung up.

Once I opened the envelope inside it said you can only get a refund if everything was unopened what kind of crap is that. Everything in the envelope is what I can get get for free at no charge thru the credit bureau web site. Wish I lived in florida; would go there myself. Adress is probably fake too.
